Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care during designated shift
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality
Collaborate with management and staff to improve outcomes and service
Support staff training and development
Manage staff scheduling and inventory control
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
