Join ECHN as a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist and provide essential treatments to improve patient functions. Collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to patient education and interdisciplinary care.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients based on departmental standards.
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on the patient's symptoms and medical status.
Treats patients with appropriate therapeutic techniques.
Administers physical agents and manual therapeutic techniques.
Educates patients and families on home exercise programs.
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines.
Participates in interdisciplinary communication regarding patient care.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds or is eligible for current Connecticut license.
Eligible for or has a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
Valid driver's license for occasional travel between ECHN business sites.
