Key Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and maintain therapeutic services and activities
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patient independence

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
