As a General Manager, you'll lead your store to success by coaching and developing your team, ensuring a white glove customer experience, and achieving business objectives. With a focus on performance management and community engagement, you will play a crucial role in brand recognition and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members
Manage overall store performance and meet or exceed performance standards
Lead team to reach or exceed sales goals
Supervise and maintain office security, cash management, and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with Company policies and local laws
Maintain a professional store atmosphere
Utilize personal vehicle for Company business
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work with Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required
Ability to meet physical demands of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
