Job Description

Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the Total Rewards strategy. This role involves developing competitive compensation structures, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, all while enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the company's goals
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary and bonuses
  • Evaluate options for benefits strategy considering harmonization and company goals
  • Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
