Key Responsibilities

Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary and bonuses

Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
