Job Description
As a Traveling Project Manager at SAIIA Construction, you will oversee Civil and Construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role involves significant travel, with opportunities to manage large-scale projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule
Coordinate project material deliveries and subcontractor needs
Prepare and submit required documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
