Join Chestnut Health Systems as an IT Systems Analyst and Network Administrator, where you'll manage and support IT systems in a mixed Mac and Microsoft environment. Your problem-solving skills will help deliver excellent customer service and support to our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and deploy computers, mobile devices, and software for team members
Solve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in person and remotely
Maintain system security, backups, and performance
Assist with networking and security projects as needed
Work with teams to understand their tech needs and find solutions
Train staff on applications and provide ongoing IT support
Manage inventory, organize equipment, and assist with shipping devices
Be available for after-hours and weekend support when needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years in IT support and administration in a mixed Mac/Microsoft setting
Bachelor’s or associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Proficient in Mac and Windows 10/11 systems
Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, and SQL Server
Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in IT or related fields
Hands-on experience in IT support
