Key Responsibilities
Work on capital and strategic projects for Cleveland Operation production facilities
Responsible for mechanical aspects including facilities preparation, equipment design, and installation
Engineer solutions to improve equipment reliability and safety
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and EHS initiatives
Interface with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, R&D, QA, and Supply Management
Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance departments
Manage outside engineering and construction personnel
Ensure project compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3+ years professional experience for Level II Engineer
Minimum of 5+ years professional experience for Level III Engineer
Good judgment and self-motivated
Strong desire to take ownership and drive results
Ability to handle a variety of assignments and changing priorities
Ability to perform hands-on work effectively on the shop floor
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Solid Edge CAD modelling software
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EPA, and OSHA standards
