Job Description

Join DMC Harper University Hospital as a Radiologic Technologist, where you'll perform essential diagnostic imaging procedures. With a focus on patient care and safety, you'll work in a collaborative environment, contributing to innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiological exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment
Verify patient identity and review patient's medical record
Interview patient to obtain and verify medical history
Explain procedure to patient, including risks and benefits
Set up equipment and acquire appropriate images
Review images and document exceptions
Recognize and respond to medical emergencies
Provide post care instructions to patients
Participate in process improvement activities
Provide imaging education to residents and new employees
Able to take call/standby as required

Required Qualifications

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography (R)
Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
