Job Description
Join Jiffi Stop as a Store Manager and lead a dynamic team to drive store performance and ensure customer satisfaction. With a focus on hands-on leadership and open availability, you will take ownership of operations while enjoying competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance
Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees
Cover shifts as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Perform all duties of store employees
Coach team members for excellent service and upselling
Recruit, hire, and train new team members
Manage inventory, vendor orders, and deliveries
Handle banking and cash deposits
Maintain high standards for safety and cleanliness
Control expenses and labor hours
Execute company programs and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Open availability
Valid driver's license
Access to a personal vehicle
Proof of insurance
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Minimum age requirement of 18+ or 21+ depending on state
Preferred Qualifications
