Join SummitStone Health Partners as a Behavioral Health Therapist, where you will provide critical clinical services to individuals facing behavioral health crises and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities
Facilitation of a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program
Direct client care including care coordination, behavioral health screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy
Serves as a clinical resource to clinical staff and medical providers
Collaborates with staff in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services
Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments
Provides ongoing care coordination within SummitStone and community resources
Provides crisis intervention and de-escalation
Clinical documentation
Maintains superior customer service
Participates in committees and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field
At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders
Facilitation of an SUD IOP level of care
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to facilitate a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program
Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC)
Bilingual/bi-cultural
