Job Description
Join Drax as a Pellet Mill Operator and contribute to a sustainable future. In this role, you'll monitor equipment, maintain safety standards, and support production teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor production/quality of pellet mills and related equipment
Follow standard operating procedures for operations
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
Perform basic maintenance on equipment
Solve problems safely and logically
Complete logs and records for plant checks
Cover other positions as needed
Operate equipment to regulate systems
Inspect equipment and report issues
Record operational data
Perform physically demanding tasks
Understand risk and follow safety protocols
Required Qualifications
Experience in heavy industry
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently
