As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead customer engagement efforts and manage store operations to boost sales and service. Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations
Focus on providing an exceptional store experience and consultative selling
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Perform Floor Leader role to direct the team
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Peer coach team on customer service and sales behaviors
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Effective communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
