Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures
Assist in positioning patients and ensure proper placement of EKG electrodes
Assist physicians during procedures including placement of catheters and other interventions
Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment
Monitor vital signs and ECG during procedures
Support post-procedure care and monitor patient recovery
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and patients
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications
PALS or ENPC Certifications
RCIS certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
