Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the facility
  • Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Direct and coordinate work for financial and operational stability
  • Manage resident services and communication
  • Oversee infection prevention and control activities
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
  • Manage communication and documentation within the organization
  • Work with teams to oversee campus operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework in business and human resources
  • Other licenses as appropriate by state requirements and facility needs
