Job Description
DriveTime is seeking a Training Specialist to lead the Bridgecrest training program, ensuring engaging and effective training sessions. This role includes facilitating diverse training topics and promoting an inclusive learning atmosphere while integrating company culture into the training process.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating multiple training sessions on various topics
Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions
Promoting an inclusive learning environment
Overseeing delivery of topics including computer and compliance training
Integrating company branding and values into training content
Providing coaching and feedback to employees
Leading orientation and onboarding activities for new employees
Performing other related duties as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
1+ years' experience in training, coaching or development of others
Demonstrated ability to engage people in a training session
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Demonstrated progressive leadership and management skills
Experience working with a team approach to employee and organizational development
