Job Description
Join Randstad as a Business Development Manager focusing on expanding our Accounting & Finance portfolio. You will drive sales, cultivate client relationships, and develop strategies to exceed revenue goals. This role offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive personal production by generating GP through new and existing client sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue goals
Conduct outreach through cold calls, warm leads, and networking
Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts
Build a robust pipeline by identifying and closing new business opportunities
Cultivate long-term relationships and position Randstad as a strategic partner
Create short- and long-term sales plans with actionable goals
Ensure accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, CMA, or CFA certification
Staffing or recruiting experience
Background in Accounting or Finance
Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and CRM tools
Experience leveraging social media to generate leads
