The Urgent Care Physician provides medical evaluation and treatment to patients in an urgent care setting, working long shifts with flexible scheduling options. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In search of a qualified physician to practice in the areas of Urgent Care. The physician would be expected to work 12-hour shifts, 10a-10p, 7 days on and 7 days off, however we will entertain other scheduling models, ie; 5 days/week, 4 on-3 off, etc. The number of patients will vary day to day, but the clinical responsibility of the physician would be to treat and evaluate patients while providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent State medical license and DEA registration is required by start date
• Candidate must have completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine residency program
• Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible FM, IM, EM or OM - REQUIRED
• Active OH license - REQUIRED, no exceptions due to quick start date
• DEA registration - REQUIRED by start date
• BLS - REQUIRED

Details:

• 10a-10p everyday, potential to run shifts 7 on/7 off until the FT provider starts in October.
• Single physician coverage (will need full coverage at least until 10/20 when FT physician starts)
• Single APP coverage (will need at half coverage until 2nd FT APP is hired)
• 50-60 projected daily census
• EMR-CareCloud
