Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timely receiving, processing, and labeling of laboratory specimens
Handling and/or disbursement of laboratory data and patient results
Supporting personnel work with acute-care and outpatient caregivers, vendors, and other Laboratory Services staff
Required Qualifications
2 years college education
3 years Healthcare or related field experience including phlebotomy-related experience
Demonstrated outstanding Service Excellence experience
Clerical or client services experience
Experience with State and Federal regulatory Compliance regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Phlebotomy program with 1 year of phlebotomy related experience
Certification from a Clinical Laboratory Assistant Program
3 years related experience
Certification in Phlebotomy, medical assisting, research, or clinical laboratory
Industry-related experience in a high volume, acute care setting
