As a Region Contract Manager at Sysco, you'll drive profitable volume growth by promoting products and building relationships with LCC accounts. This role involves strategic sales planning, managing customer transitions, and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales, Gross Profit, and Delivered-Margin Financial Plan for customers
Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies for customer relationships
Coordinate across regions to drive sales opportunities
Manage contracts, terms, and conditions
Leverage CRM tool for sales planning and engagement
Support sales to new locations and existing customers
Create sales bids/proposals and conduct product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
+7 years of Sysco experience or +7 years of relevant industry experience in Contract Sales Growth management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts
