Key Responsibilities

  • Complete check-in and check-out tasks including patient demographic and insurance verification
  • Process walk-in patients and visitors
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Manage medical records and correspondence
  • Process requests for medical records release

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in related work including data entry
  • Prior medical office experience
  • Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
