Key Responsibilities
Complete check-in and check-out tasks including patient demographic and insurance verification
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records and correspondence
Process requests for medical records release
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in related work including data entry
Prior medical office experience
Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology
Bilingual in English/Spanish
