Job Description
Join Delaware North as a full-time Reservations Agent at Southland Casino, where you will manage high volumes of inbound calls and create exceptional experiences for guests. This role offers an exciting work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional environment
Provide top-notch customer service
Use all available resources to answer questions
Create reservations and offer packages and additional services
Communicate with hotel and resort front desk staff
Required Qualifications
Effective written and oral communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and database activity
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to clearly communicate using a telephone
Customer service experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Capacity to work a flexible schedule
Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
