Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a seasoned Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector to lead client accounts, support digital transformation, and enhance client satisfaction. This hybrid role requires strong leadership in account management and a deep understanding of healthcare trends.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Co-create solutions with clients
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare industry trends and propose solutions
Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients
Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment
Required Qualifications
15+ years in a client-facing or account leadership role
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
Strong performance track record in sales, new sales, programs, and annuity business
Ability to navigate large organizations and influence through content and confidence
Ability to analyze and present business transformations in healthcare/payer domain
Forecasting and P&L management experience
