Job Description

Cognizant is looking for a seasoned Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector to lead client accounts, support digital transformation, and enhance client satisfaction. This hybrid role requires strong leadership in account management and a deep understanding of healthcare trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Co-create solutions with clients
  • Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
  • Track healthcare industry trends and propose solutions
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients
  • Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
  • Lead onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years in a client-facing or account leadership role
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong experience with the global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
  • Strong performance track record in sales, new sales, programs, and annuity business
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence through content and confidence
  • Ability to analyze and present business transformations in healthcare/payer domain
  • Forecasting and P&L management experience
