Key Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Provide individual and group therapy
Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders
Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Participate in training experiences for graduate students
Represent the practice in community presentations
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field
Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW) in California
Preferred Qualifications
2 years professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services
Experience with medical documentation and communication tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
