Key Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy
Conduct culturally responsive assessments
Create and maintain treatment plans and documentation
Participate in clinical case consultations and care coordination
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
Active LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in Virginia or Maryland
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
