Key Responsibilities

Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation
Interact with customers using video communication software
Document customer interactions and troubleshoot tax-related inquiries
Meet company performance metrics and participate in pilot testing

Required Qualifications

3+ years of business tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses
Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Proficient with technology and software
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
