Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to borrower inquiries
Make outbound calls to respond to customer voice mails and provide loan updates
Respond to customer emails and mail
Record customer interactions in the system
Perform administrative functions such as document tracking and reporting
Adhere to compliance and operational guidelines
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
2+ years call center or retail customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Workflow management experience
Ability to follow documented Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Effective communication skills
Organizational skills and time management
