Job Description
*Damerow Ford the highest volume Ford dealer in the region*, is looking for a motivated Finance Manager to join our team!
*Essential Duties:* * Obtain finance approvals for auto loans for our customers * Perform at a high level maintaining an above average PVR and product pen * Manage contracts and receive funding quickly * Meet dealership sales and F&I goals * Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores * Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding finance options & products sold * Maintain great lender relationships * Clearly explain all aspects of a customer’s purchase * Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments * Customer Service Professional * Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to accounting
*Qualifications* * Prior sales experience, minimum of 3 years * Excellent communication skills * Ability to effectively establish customer relationships & present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public. * Ability to sell Finance products * Acceptable driving record & a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles * Candidates must pass a background check and be insurable to drive * Must be able to sit for long periods of time up to 8+ hours a day.
