Key Responsibilities

  • Craft tailored telecom packages for customers
  • Stay updated on products, pricing plans, and technology
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches in the field
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient computer and technical skills
  • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, and car insurance
  • Ability to work full time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales-centric mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
  • Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line products and services
  • Digital proficiency with CRM and POS systems
  • Minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience
