Job Description
Join Optimum as a Direct Sales Representative and become part of a dynamic door-to-door sales team. You'll provide customers with tailored connectivity solutions while enjoying unlimited earning potential and comprehensive training to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Craft tailored telecom packages for customers
Stay updated on products, pricing plans, and technology
Deliver persuasive sales pitches in the field
Negotiate and close sales agreements
Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately
Provide exceptional post-sales support
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficient computer and technical skills
Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, and car insurance
Ability to work full time
Preferred Qualifications
Sales-centric mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line products and services
Digital proficiency with CRM and POS systems
Minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience
