Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
PharmD, or equivalent education/experience.
Post-graduate degree in pharmacy.
Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
