* Current licensure or certification as a physical therapist in the state.
* CPR certification is required, or must be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment.
* Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy.
* Three or more years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years in a clinical capacity. *Preferred Qualifications:*
