Key Responsibilities
Lead a team managing key functions: client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Ensure high-quality patient care and client experience
Support team in overcoming day-to-day operational obstacles
Monitor financial and administrative health of the Mobile Veterinary Services program
Maintain safety protocols and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a services field
Minimum 1 year experience training others on following and executing Standard Operating Procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven history of building and maintaining positive working relationships
Excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Education and/or work experience in Veterinary Technology, Business, Logistics, Hospitality, or related field
California Veterinary Technician license
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
