Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you'll make a significant impact in client care as a case planner. You'll develop action plans and connect clients with vital resources in their communities, all while enjoying generous benefits and support for your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Function as a case planner and supply appropriate interventions for client care
Develop action plans to utilize existing and new resources
Conduct routine community contacts and home visits
Evaluate living conditions and provide guidance on independent living skills
Perform individual/group counseling and case management
Establish linkages with community organizations for client support
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group or five years as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
