Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system
Coordinate with housekeeping department as needed
Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork
Check and balance daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts
Assist with Reservations, Housekeeping, and Gift Shop as needed
Required Qualifications
Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone
Previous front desk experience; hotel preferred
Customer service experience
Ability to multitask and function professionally under pressure
Must be at least 21 years of age
