As the Outbound Manager at Greco and Sons, you will lead outbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes for selecting, loading, and shipping food products. Your role will involve managing a team, enhancing operational efficiency, and upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate outbound warehouse activities
Manage nightshift operations and monitor ways to reduce shrink
Maintain communication with other departments to optimize operations
Oversee order selection and loading to meet customer specifications
Assess training needs and provide training to staff
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree
3 years operations/warehouse experience in shipping and receiving perishable products
1 year supervisory experience
Knowledge of shipping practices and procedures
Knowledge of inventory software (AS400)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
