Job Description
Join Medical City Dallas as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Oncology, where you can make a real impact on patient care. In this role, you'll lead high-quality, patient-centered services, support nursing staff, and improve outcomes through collaboration and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care during designated shifts.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services.
Collaborate with management and staff to improve patient outcomes.
Support nursing strategies including employee and hourly rounds.
Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
Manage staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs.
Support inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 60 months of employment)
ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Provider (must be obtained within 60 days of employment)
Associate Degree
