The Clinician II will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care in a clinic setting. This role focuses on coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities, ensuring high standards of care, and leading clinical efforts to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient wellness and chronic illness activities
Supervise daily activities of medical assistants
Ensure timely orientation and competencies completion for clinical support staff
Provide feedback for annual performance evaluations of clinical staff
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Licensed by State of New Mexico as a Registered Nurse
BLS Certification issued through American Heart Association
Knowledge of good business English, spelling, and arithmetic
Effective communication skills
Effective teaching techniques and adult learning principles
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred
One year experience working as a nurse in a clinical setting
