Responsibilities for a Sous Chef with Phoebe Emmaus:

Responsible for working on cooking suite for ala minute service stations to include but not limited to sauté, grill, pizza, and Garde manager. Will work as Chef Manager in Chef’s absence and lead cooks through preparation, execution, and breakdown of all kitchen duties and assist Dining Room Manager as needed.

Requirements for a Sous Chef with Phoebe Emmaus:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers.
2. Seeking qualified Sous Chef with high end Independent Living or Fine Dining Experience.
3. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an upscale fast paced dining environment.
