Job Description

Join Sanofi as a Global Medical Senior Director focusing on dermatology and rheumatology. Lead strategic initiatives in developing new drug indications, collaborate across teams, and drive innovative solutions in the Immunology pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated medical plans for new drug indications
  • Lead cross-functional teams in clinical evaluation of pre-clinical assets
  • Drive lifecycle management for mid and late-stage assets
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand treatment landscapes
  • Collaborate with various departments to align medical strategies with business objectives
  • Oversee development of KOL engagement plans and medical education programs
  • Lead evidence generation efforts and evaluate therapeutic landscapes
  • Lead clinical evaluation of pre-clinical assets and assess potential acquisitions

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (M.D., Ph.D., or PharmD)
  • Significant experience in immunology, focusing on dermatology and/or rheumatology preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and management skills in cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking and proven ability to drive innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both clinical research and patient care
  • Experience with successful asset launches
  • Experience in the US Market
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with global regulatory environments
  • Experience in lifecycle management and launch readiness activities
