Key Responsibilities
Process VA and Conventional mortgage loans, both purchase and refinance
Assess and grant or reject mortgage applications
Manage a pipeline of member calls for mortgage products
Partner with Processors, Underwriters, and Closers
Stay updated on compliance and regulatory requirements
Establish and maintain partnerships with Real Estate Agents
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
2 years of mortgage sales experience or relevant customer service experience within a financial services organization
Acquisition and maintenance of applicable licenses/state registrations
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years Mortgage Consumer Direct Experience
Current or Prior NMLS #
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
