Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and play a key role in delivering superior collision repair services. You'll educate customers, manage repair processes, and ensure quality standards, all while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and full estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repairs and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Pull and review data with Body Technicians
Handle disbursement paperwork and pre-close final repair orders
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
