Key Responsibilities

• Implements physician orders and administers medications.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests.
• Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses.
• Applies sound nursing judgment in patient management.
• Provides primary and emergency care.
• Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care.
• Directs and guides ancillary personnel.
