Key Responsibilities
Manage food cost, food waste, staffing, HACCP, and cleanliness
Supervise the Assistant Kitchen Manager
Ensure proper staffing and compliance with procedures
Maintain inventory and orders
Ensure kitchen equipment functionality
Participate in hiring and training staff
Create schedules for kitchen staff
Work within a budget to minimize waste
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Strong culinary knowledge
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Financial understanding of sales, costs of sales, and labor
Preferred Qualifications
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and maintenance
Willingness to run occasional front of house shifts
