Job Description
Join Sprouts Farmers Market as a Bakery Manager and lead a passionate team in delivering high-quality baked goods. You'll manage daily operations, ensure food safety, and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service in a vibrant grocery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily output, production, and display of bakery products
Supervise product quality and inventory management
Evaluate department operations for improvements
Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained
Manage department inventory and ordering
Coach and develop team members
Conduct in-store meetings
Recruit and hire team members
Address team member concerns
Create schedules for productivity
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience
Dependable and reliable
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Outgoing and friendly behavior
Good communication skills
Ability to operate kitchen equipment and perform general housekeeping tasks
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift items up to 40 lbs.
