Primary Responsibilities:
Development and Delivery of new Integrations, features, Rules, Workflows, Tasks, need and functionality on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platformInstall, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance toolsDevelop Java code for reporting, role managementDevelop IDM application using SailPoint and Java, participate in requirement Analysis and Design, Perform Unit testing, provide 3rd Level Support for SailPoint applicationsIdentify risks/issues and develop recommendations that address significant risks and complex issuesImplement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processesIdentify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issuesDevelop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scriptsChampion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution & reduce future incidentsParticipates in production support on-call rotation, especially on the most complex issuesCollaborates with vendor on root cause and helps drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidentsUpdate progress to project schedule to track/measure fulfillment of aligned tasksPerform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requestedDemonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a highly dynamic environmentOptum is a global organization that delivers care, aided by technology to help millions of people live healthier lives. Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience8+ years software engineering experience5+ years of Java experienceExperience capturing requirements, documenting system/process changes, and/or design/thinkingExperience with Agile practices such as Kanban or ScrumCustomer facing experience (Including, but not limited to, status updates and navigating complex/sensitive scenarios)Experience with SailpointProven ability to communicate between business customers, business analysts, systems analysts, and IT software engineersProven solid verbal and written communication skills, team player with proven collaboration skillsProven ability to describe and communicate access control security policiesProven good at problem solving, critical thinking, and outside the box solutioningProven self-starter and self-managed, with eagerness to learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Powershell scripting

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
