Key Responsibilities
Directs and supervises clinical functions and activities
Partners with operational and physician leadership for strategic decisions
Maintains personnel records and assists with payroll and compliance
Supervises clinical team members and manages performance appraisals
Develops and implements training for clinical team members
Identifies patient/client needs and develops new programs/services
Participates in hospital/medical staff committee meetings
Directs activities related to department objectives and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field
Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina
Three years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing
Experience in Nursing, Ambulatory or specialty area
