MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 year CVOR
CERTIFICATIONS: NBSTSA(NO NCCT), BLS.
EPIC exp required
Level I trauma exp required

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 5x8-HOUR DAYS 6AM-430P ALTERNATING DAYS OFF, 1-2 CALL DAYS PER WEEK W/30-MINUTE RESPONSE REQUIRED, EVERY 3RD or 4TH WEEKEND, WEEKEND IS FRIDAY 430PM UNTIL MONDAY 6AM, & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED

WIll consider a 4x10hrs or 3x12hr schedule for capable Surgical tech


RTO: MAX 7 days
WEEKENDS: every third or fourth weekend
CALL REQUIREMENTS: On-call requirement with 30-min response time
HOLIDAYS: as needed
FLOATING: as needed
Could care for COVID patients.
