Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director and support families and children in a dynamic educational environment. You will lead a team of teachers, ensuring a safe and engaging learning experience while building strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure effective site operation and maintain standards
Partner with parents for child care and education
Cultivate relationships with families and community partners
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple situations effectively
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Basic computer proficiency
Read, write, understand, and speak English
