Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow new cancer patients through the screening/diagnostic evaluation process
Assist patients with navigation through the healthcare system
Provide patient education and support
Gather information for Cancer Conference presentations
Follow up with patients during treatment phases
Required Qualifications
California Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS) within 1 year of hire
3 years experience in Oncology Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting, with 3 years in Oncology Nursing
