Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to engage students
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing score on the Paraeducator/Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working in a school setting with special needs children
